Were looking for an Office Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our branchwelcoming guests, keeping operations on track, and helping create a positive, upbeat workplace. What Youll DoBe the Face of the BranchServe as the first point of contact by greeting visitors and answering the main phone line with professionalism and warmth. Keep the Team ConnectedLead branch communications, make announcements, and help set a positive tone for company morale. Run a Smooth Office OperationOpen and close the office each day. Maintain office equipment. Order and stock breakroom snacks and office supplies. Support Payroll & HR ProcessesPartner with the internal payroll team to print and distribute paychecks for over 150 clients, following each clients preferred delivery or pickup method. Work with the internal human resources team to collect and distribute new hire paperwork for client employees. Run background checks and administer drug screens. Coordinate Fun & Memorable EventsPlan several small events each month, including venue coordination, catering, and invite/RSVP management. Handle Important DocumentationCreate, issue, and distribute Workers Compensation letters of self-insurance for all client jobs. Complete employment verifications for client employees as requested by outside organizations. Bring Creativity to the BrandManage the branch LinkedIn and Facebook pages. Post event photos and create graphics for marketing content. Stay Organized Behind the ScenesMaintain databases including contact lists, client information, and task-related spreadsheets. Pitch In Where NeededTake on seasonal duties and additional tasks assigned by management.
