What Youll Do
Be the Face of the Branch
Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors and answering the main phone line with professionalism and warmth.
Keep the Team Connected
Lead branch communications, make announcements, and help set a positive tone for company morale.
Run a Smooth Office Operation
Open and close the office each day.
Maintain office equipment.
Order and stock breakroom snacks and office supplies.
Support Payroll & HR Processes
Partner with the internal payroll team to print and distribute paychecks for over 150 clients, following each clients preferred delivery or pickup method.
Work with the internal human resources team to collect and distribute new hire paperwork for client employees.
Run background checks and administer drug screens.
Coordinate Fun & Memorable Events
Plan several small events each month, including venue coordination, catering, and invite/RSVP management.
Handle Important Documentation
Create, issue, and distribute Workers Compensation letters of self-insurance for all client jobs.
Complete employment verifications for client employees as requested by outside organizations.
Bring Creativity to the Brand
Manage the branch LinkedIn and Facebook pages.
Post event photos and create graphics for marketing content.
Stay Organized Behind the Scenes
Maintain databases including contact lists, client information, and task-related spreadsheets.
Pitch In Where Needed
Take on seasonal duties and additional tasks assigned by management.
