Collectively, we are committed to a simple management approach, which influences our company culture and our management style.Brief Description:The Director of Sales for the Southeast Region, reporting to the Vice President of Sales. Activities and responsibilities of the Director of Sales include:Meet or exceed annual budgeted sales revenue and margin dollar performance by managing all outside and inside salespeople within the designated region.Meet or exceed business development goals.Manage and maintain business development Pipeline.Ensure Strategic Business Reviews are completed for all strategic accounts in the region.Manage Forecasts/ReportingAnalyze sales trends and external market influences to aid in decision making.Hold performance meetings with the region’s sales group.Coach, mentor, and support regional sales groupVisit customers to protect and grow existing business.Ensure consistent process and expectations throughout the region’s sales group.Other duties as assigned.Professional Experience Requirements:Education:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.Work Experience:Minimum of 10 years of sales experience with at least 5 in a management or supervisory capacityMust have experience with Tooling and VMI programsMust have experience with Manufacturing accountsExperience using Microsoft Office suite of products at an intermediate levelProfessional Skills:Ability to effectively interact at all levels of customer, supplier, and company organizationsStrong communication, problem solving, and organizational skillsPosition: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWe are an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled employer.Salary Target is $120,000+
