We use micromachining and microfabrication processes to manufacture products that provide physicians with enhanced performance for optimal outcomes for their patients.Position SummaryResponsible for accomplishing manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies and procedures. In a fast-paced environment like production, the supervisor is an integral part of the manufacturing process.
