Job Description:Provide executive administrative support to the VP of Revenue and VP of Credit Risk and their direct reports. Manage calendars, meetings, events, and daily operational needs. Handle confidential information and fast-moving priorities.Responsibilities• Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics• Support daily administrative needs and ad hoc requests• Prepare agendas, materials, and track action items• Coordinate presentations, internal communications, and leadership events• Facilitate cross functional communication across U.S., Canada, and Mexico• Assist with proposals, project budget reviews, and monthly expense variance checks• Support special projects and company initiative rollouts• Oversee facility operations: vendors, supplies, security, mailroom, meeting tech• Liaise with HR, IT, and internal service teamsRequired Qualifications• High School Diploma or GED• 2+ years executive administrative experience• Typing 60 WPM; 10 key capabilities• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Calendar• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment• Familiarity with accounts payable processes• Strong interpersonal skills; flexible and detail orientedDexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
