Job Title: Administrative Assistant – Executive SupportLocation: Fort Mill (Onsite)Duration: 6 Months (Temporary Backfill)Start Date: June 1, 2026Schedule: Business hours with occasional after-hours supportPosition SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide executive-level support to the VP of Revenue, VP of Credit Risk, and their direct reports. This role requires excellent calendar management, communication, multitasking, and coordination skills in a fast-paced corporate environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling confidential information and supporting leadership operations across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.Key ResponsibilitiesManage complex executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordinationOrganize meetings, prepare agendas, and track action itemsSupport day-to-day administrative activities and ad-hoc executive requestsCoordinate presentations, leadership meetings, and internal communicationsFacilitate cross-functional communication with teams across multiple regionsAssist with proposals, budget reviews, and monthly expense variance trackingSupport company initiatives, special projects, and operational rolloutsOversee office/facility operations including vendors, supplies, mailroom, meeting technology, and security coordinationPartner with HR, IT, Finance, and internal support teams as neededMaintain confidentiality while managing sensitive executive informationRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum 2+ years of executive administrative or administrative assistant experienceStrong typing skills (60 WPM) and 10-key proficiencyProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Calendar)Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with accounts payable or expense tracking processesStrong interpersonal skills with a flexible and detail-oriented approachPreferred SkillsExperience supporting senior leadership or executivesExperience coordinating meetings/events across multiple time zonesStrong follow-up and project coordination abilitiesAbility to work independently with minimal supervision
