Employment Attorney

We’re Foley & Foley, PC, a remote law firm headquartered in Massachusetts representing employers nationwide across all aspects of employment and labor law. Demand continues to grow, and we’re looking to add one full-time attorney who can step in, take ownership of client relationships, and hit the ground running.What the role looks like:Advising employers on day-to-day employment and labor issuesWorking directly with clients through our Employment Counsel On-Call modelSolving problems in real time, not just identifying themAnticipating risk and helping clients stay ahead of itBuilding and managing your own client relationshipsContributing to business development through trainings, workshops, and outreachWhat we’re looking for:1+ years of legal experience (employment law or HR background is a plus)5+ years of overall professional experience preferredBar admitted in any stateComfortable working directly with clients and operating independentlySomeone who is proactive, practical, and solutions-orientedAbout us:We’re a collaborative, responsive team that genuinely enjoys the work.
