We're looking to add one FT Labor and Employment Attorney who can effectively lead, manage and generate client relationships.What the role looks like:advising employers in a proactive and pragmatic way on day-to-day issuesanticipating risk and helping clients stay ahead of itbuilding and managing your own client relationshipscontributing to business development through trainings, workshop and outreach--for which you are eligible for revenue share on day 1What we're looking for:Bar admitted in any state but ideally MA or RI1+ years legal experience (employment law or HR background a plus)5 + years of professional experience preferredComfortable working directly with clients and operating independentlySomeone who is proactive, practical and solutions-orientedAbout us:We're a collaborative, responsive team that genuinely enjoys the work, each other and our client relationships.
