This role demands a seasoned professional with a minimum of 6 years' investment banking experience, including 1-2 years at the Vice President level, and a proven track record in the technology sector. The Vice President will be responsible for leading the day-to-day execution of mandates, from financial modeling to due diligence management, and will be expected to have expert-level proficiency in financial modeling and valuation.Key responsibilities for the Vice President include transaction execution, strategic advisory, team leadership, sector coverage, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have an MBA from a top-tier business school or an equivalent level of professional experience, and a CFA designation is also a plus. They should possess exceptional communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-impact presentations to C-suite executives and Board members. A deep understanding of the technology landscape, particularly in SaaS, FinTech, Internet, and AI, is essential for identifying emerging trends and potential transaction opportunities.
