As an attorney in our Energy Department, you will play a key role in advising and supporting client teams on complex issues within the energy and oil & gas sectors. In this position you will draft and review commercial agreements, assist with regulatory and permitting filings and proceedings, and work on a variety of transactional and financing matters.
