OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the logistics and transportation industry, excel at building relationships, and have a proven track record in sales. This role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities for LTL freight services while managing and nurturing existing client relationships to drive revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and target potential customers for LTL freight servicesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partnersPrepare and present sales proposals and pricing quotes to customersAchieve and exceed sales objectives by implementing effective sales strategiesCollaborate with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely deliveriesAnalyze market trends to identify new business opportunitiesMonitor competitors and adjust sales strategies accordinglyMinimum Requirements2+ years of experience in freight sales or logisticsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM softwareStrong organizational skills with attention to detailPreferred RequirementsExperience with LTL freight pricing and tariff structuresFamiliarity with transportation regulations and complianceExisting customer portfolio in the logistics sectorKnowledge of supply chain management principles
