This role sits at the intersection of operations, training, and content coordination. You’ll help ensure franchise locations are equipped with the right materials and support to successfully launch new initiatives, programs, and operational updates.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and support franchise training initiatives, onboarding processes, and operational education programsCreate, organize, and maintain training materials, SOPs, rollout guides, presentations, and internal documentationAssist with new operational rollouts across franchise locations, ensuring timelines, communications, and deliverables stay on trackTrack implementation progress and follow up with franchise teams to ensure successful adoption of new programs and processesManage internal communications related to launches, updates, and operational changesMonitor feedback from franchise locations and help identify operational gaps or process improvementsHelp maintain consistency in brand standards, training experience, and operational execution across locationsRequirements2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, training coordination, franchise support, or similar rolesExperience working in fitness, wellness, hospitality, retail, or multi-location/franchise environments is a strong plusStrong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyComfortable creating structured documentation, presentations, and training contentExcellent English written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and operational mindsetAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environmentExperience with tools like Workvivo and Absorb LMS is a great plus
