You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to deliver meaningful and measurable impact through design.RequirementsResponsibilities will include:Consistently generate qualified pipeline and contribute directly to new client acquisition by booking weekly and monthly meetings, progressing deals that convert into revenueConduct high-volume, targeted cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, events and calls to generate at least 5 qualified opportunities per weekBuild and maintain long-term relationships with potential clients and partners, turning initial conversations into lasting partnershipsRepresent the agency at events, meetings, and industry gatherings to generate leads and expand our networkConfidently pitch our services, tailoring messaging to each prospect's needs and business objectivesSupport the sales pipeline from first contact to deal close, constantly hopping on the phone with leads on daily basisMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, outreach activity, and pipeline status in CRM; identifying, qualifying, and prioritizing new leads based on strategic fit and likelihood to convertOwn and actively manage the pipeline from first touch to close, including consistent follow-ups and deal progressionTrack conversation rates across every outreach channel and tactic; identify what's working, double down on it, and quickly pivot away from what isn'tCollaborate closely with leadership to refine business development strategy, positioning, and outbound messagingRun continuous outreach experiments (messaging, channels, audiences) and iterate based on performance dataSurface insights from outreach and conversations to inform broader business strategy and positioningRequirements:Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal) Ability to quickly gain strong understanding of brand strategy, design processes and creative industry dynamicsOrganized, proactive, and comfortable with cold outreach and networking Naturally persuasive with a strong ability to build rapportEntrepreneurial mindset with a "figure it out" attitudeInterest in sales, partnerships, business development, and startupsBonus PointsExperience in sales, fundraising, event promotion, or recruitingActive in student organizations or networking communitiesExperience with LinkedIn outreach or CRM toolsComfortable presenting ideas or pitching BenefitsJoin a passionate, collaborative, and forward-thinking team shaping how brands are built and experiencedWork with top-tier clients and creative talent in a dynamic studio cultureCommission compensation package and growth opportunities within a scaling agencyHands-on experience in sales, partnerships, and client relationsDirect exposure to company leadership and decision-makingRapid learning in negotiation, persuasion, and business development
