Location:Portland, OR area and Vancouver, WA.License: Must have at least OR active license or pending, Willing to obtain WA license immediately. Preference to active OR/WA licenses.Rate: Hourly plus expenses?Start: Sept 12th, 2022LOA: ongoing for 1 year. ?6-12 month contractSchedule:4(10 hour) shifts,Shifts: clinic open 9a-10p, flexibility with shift times but need at least 4/10's a week. including two weekend days per month.?Certs: BC/BE-FM/EM, BLS and PALS. Must be FM or EM trained.Volume: 2.5 pph?Procedures: suturing/Casting etc ?Vaccination required: YesEMR: Epic, must be proficientOther: Must be willing to travel to all their locations(Mt. Talbert, Beaverton and interstate, OR and Vancouver, WA. Experience treating newborns and PEDS.References needed: 2 peer level references conducted by myself. 1 supervisor level reference from current position/employer for client side verbal referencing.
