Requirements:Completion of a graduate program in Nurse Anesthesia (DNAP, CRNA, etc.).Certified through National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).Idaho CRNA licensure and granting of privileges at Saint Alphonsus Ten Mile ASC and other health system affiliated hospitals as needed.Valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and DEA.Community: Boise, Meridian and Nampa anchor this growing, mid-sized metropolitan area of 760,000+ people.
