Pickle is now live nationwide and scaling rapidly in key markets including NYC, LA, Miami, Dallas, Austin, Chicago, with 400K+ items listed for rent.Backed by our Series A (FirstMark, Craft), we’re moving fast and building the future of access-driven shopping.About The RoleWe’re hiring a Stylist & Events Coordinator to support Pickle’s LA market across closet operations, events, and on-the-ground execution.This is a highly hands-on role for someone who loves fashion, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is excited to be in the middle of everything — from styling and merchandising inventory to helping bring events to life.You’ll play a key role in ensuring the LA closet runs smoothly, looks incredible, and delivers a seamless experience for our community, while also supporting the execution of high-energy Pickle events and community activations.ResponsibilitiesCloset & Showroom OperationsManage day-to-day operations of the LA managed closetStyle, organize, and maintain inventory to maximize utilizationEnsure items are rental-ready (quality control, organization, logistics)Support renters with a high-touch, in-person showroom try-onsEvents & ActivationsSupport execution of LA events:influencer eventscommunity activationspop-upsSupport event material creation (flyers, invites, simple design assets) and vendor organizationAssist with setup, breakdown, and on-site coordinationHelp ensure events run smoothly and feel high-quality + on-brandContent & Creative SupportCreate quick-turn content for events and closet (social, BTS, styling moments, event recaps)Capture video content that reflects the Pickle brand and drives engagementWeekend & On-the-Ground CoverageProvide weekend coverage for the managed closetBe the face of Pickle during key moments (rentals, pickups, events)Deliver a seamless, high-energy customer experienceWho You AreHighly organized and reliable — you have extreme ownership and can juggle multiple tasks without anything slipping through the cracksPersonable and confident — you’re excellent at connecting with people, building community, and making people feel welcomeA doer — you’re known for getting things done quickly and efficiently; no job is too smallDetail-oriented with a strong eye for styling, merchandising, and aestheticsComfortable in fast-paced, chaotic environmentsScrappy and resourceful — you figure things out and make things happenExcited to be on the ground during key momentsPassionate about fashion, creators, and communityComfortable creating content or design assets — you have experience with at least one of the following: visual design (e.g. Canva - think: aesthetic event flyers) and/or video/social content creationNice to HaveExperience in retail, styling, events, or hospitality (not required)Experience supporting events or activationsStrong interest in content creation, social media, or brand buildingActive Pickle userSchedule & Availability5 days per week, with required Saturday coverageTypical hours: 10AM–6PM; however, this is a salaried role and hours might need to flex outside of thisAdditional availability required for occasional evening and weekend eventsBenefitsCompetitive compensationStipend to set up your workspaceProfessional development + coachingPickle credits (yes, you should be using the product)Compensation Range: $45K
