Full Stack Tech LeadAs a Full Stack Tech Lead (75% Java and 25% Angular), you should have/are responsible for:Deep work experience with Java, Spring Boot, Mysql, AWS.Smart development using Github-Copilot for increased productivity and efficient usage of tokens.In-depth knowledge of APIs and microservices.Able to work with Product owner and business user to understand requirement, perform requirement elicitation and write solution design document.Should have hands-on experience in Angular 18 or aboveCommunicate in a bold and persuasive way at all levels to many different audiencesSignificant experience in tech/software development and technical leadershipDeveloping high-quality and detailed designsConducting unit testing using automated unit test frameworksIdentifying risk and conducting mitigation action planningReviewing the work of other developers and providing feedbackUsing coding standards and best practices to ensure quality
