Software Tester/QA Analyst, Richmond, VA, USSoftware Tester/QA AnalystJob SummaryThe Test / QA Lead is responsible for defining, managing, and executing the quality assurance strategy to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable software solutions. This role leads testing efforts across the software development lifecycle, coordinates QA resources, establishes testing standards, and works closely with development, product, and business stakeholders to mitigate risk and ensure system readiness.
