Junior Project Manager- Entry Level

Job Description GENERAL DESCRIPTIONThe Project Manager position is full-time client serving with the expectation that he / she will work overtime as needed to fulfill job and client responsibilities. The primary duties include planning and managing technology audit teams performing various cybersecurity and compliance related integrated engagements.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESManage engagement teams to support the successful completion of integrated engagements (SOC1, SOC2, HITRUST, PCI, etc.)Function within and maintain a team environment with various internal and external stakeholdersManage engagement teams working on multiple projects in varying stages through the completion and issuance of final report deliverablesManage engagement teams to support the successful completion of cybersecurity compliance assessments and advisory engagements.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members; implement sound client and employee retention practicesMeet with client stakeholders to formally kickoff each engagement and discuss the next steps; responsible for planning summary for each project, as well as scheduling and coordinating the engagement teamConduct project planning, scheduling, and coordinating with engagement team to ensure delivery scheduleResponsible for Project Status reporting both internally and externallySustain client relationships from initiation through completion, final report package, and project conclusionManage engagement teams performing multiple concurrent projects, including scheduling and administrationEstablish deadlines related to project development and oversee total project timelineGather relevant data and report to Manager/Director team on specific KPI metrics for individuals and projects within the CrewPrimary office location will be St. PetersburgThis position is full-time client serving with the expectation that you will work overtime as needed to fulfill job and client responsibilitiesDESIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Accounting, Finance or related fieldWillingness to pursue relevant professional certifications (e.g. PMP, or other relevant certifications)1 to 5 years of Project Management experience Demonstrated entrepreneurial abilities, client focus, industry savvy, and the ability to work as part of a collaborative teamExecutive presence with clients, excellent written and technical skillsTeam motivator and team leader, with ability to pull projects over the finish lineDemonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethicStrong, demonstrated project management skills necessary for executing projects Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Local candidates are strongly preferredAbility to lift and move up to 15 poundsAbility to sit for prolonged periods of time.Ability to stand, walk, bend, or reach as necessary for job tasks.Ability to use hands/fingers for typing, writing, or handling materials.COMPANY DESCRIPTION360 Advanced is a Cybersecurity and Compliance professional services firm that provides customized integrated solutions.  Our clients range across industries and extend from small businesses to the Fortune 500.  We work with client operations in over 40 states and on five continents globally.  We are based in downtown St. Petersburg and are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join the team.
