JOB REQUIREMENTS Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts typically acquired through the completion of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Mental Health, or a closely related field, along with less than six months of prior experience. Valid driver's license with two or fewer points. Analytical skills to resolve problems that involve basic scientific, mathematical, or technical principles. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, and to demonstrate empathy in challenging interpersonal situations. Salary Range: Minimum 23.00/hour - Maximum 37.97/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
