In this role, you will be responsible for identifying funding opportunities, preparing compelling grant proposals, and supporting fundraising efforts to sustain and expand our healthcare programs.This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate professional who thrives in a purpose-driven environment and is committed to making a meaningful impact in community health.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify grant opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government agenciesWrite, edit, and submit high-quality grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and reportsCollaborate with clinical and leadership teams to gather data, program details, and outcomesMaintain a grant calendar and ensure timely submission of all applications and reportsTrack grant performance, reporting requirements, and compliance guidelinesBuild and maintain relationships with funders and stakeholdersAssist in developing fundraising strategies aligned with organizational goalsQualificationsBachelor's degree in English, Communications, Public Health, Nonprofit Management, or related field2+ years of proven experience in grant writing, preferably in healthcare or nonprofit sectorStrong writing, editing, and storytelling skillsKnowledge of grant databases and funding sourcesAbility to translate complex healthcare data into compelling narrativesExcellent organizational and time-management skillsExperience with federally qualified health centers (FQHCs) or community clinics is a plusPreferred SkillsFamiliarity with healthcare regulations and reporting requirementsExperience working with underserved or vulnerable populationsProficiency in Microsoft Office and grant management toolsWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation (based on experience)Flexible work environment (remote/hybrid options)Opportunity to make a direct impact in community healthCollaborative and mission-driven team cultureProfessional development and growth opportunitiesHow to Apply Please submit your resume, a cover letter, and 1–2 writing samples (grant proposals or similar work) to be considered for this role.This is a remote position.
