Role Description This Grants Specialist role based in Naples, FL- primarilt online. The Grants Specialist will identify funding opportunities, develop compelling grant proposals, and manage the grant application process from start to finish. Additional responsibilities include conducting thorough research to align grant applications with organizational goals, tracking grant reporting deadlines, and collaborating with teams to collect and analyze relevant data. Ensuring compliance with grant requirements and maintaining accurate financial records is a key aspect of the role. Qualifications Strong Proposal Writing and Research skills to identify opportunities and craft compelling grant applicationsExcellent Communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders and effective correspondence with funding organizationsProficiency in Analytical Skills and Budgeting for financial document preparation and data interpretationAttention to detail and organizational skills to manage deadlines and maintain accurate recordsProficiency in grant management software or related tools is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related fieldExperience working with nonprofits or in grant writing roles is preferred
