Listing and carrying requirements include:Lifting: Unloading supplies up to 50 lbs and stacking them on shelves up to 72" high.Carrying: Moving ingredients (up to 30 lbs) and dough trays (approx. 12 lbs) over short distances.Movement: Occasional climbing (ladders/stairs) and pushing/pulling dollies (requiring up to 7.5 lbs of force).Dexterity: Motor coordination to rapidly perform precise movements with hands/fingers (typing, pizza making).Working Conditions & HazardsWork is performed in a fast-paced environment with exposure to:Temperatures: Extreme ranges from 36°F (walk-in cooler) to 90°F+ (kitchen) and up to 500°F (ovens).Environment: Exposure to cornmeal dust, food fumes, cramped quarters, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.Outdoors: Occasional exposure to adverse weather during trash removal or tasks outside the store.Mental & Sensory Requirements* Sensing: Must have near/mid-range vision, depth perception, and the ability to differentiate hot/cold surfaces.
