IMS / EVMS Analyst

Position OverviewThe IMS / EVMS Analyst provides advanced schedule and cost analysis support to the OPC program, ensuring alignment with acquisition objectives and compliance with earned value management standards. This role is critical to maintaining program visibility into schedule performance, cost efficiency, and risk.Working within a shipbuilding and acquisition environment, the analyst develops, analyzes, and maintains Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and supports EVMS surveillance activities. The role requires close coordination with program leadership and stakeholders to assess performance, identify risks, and provide actionable insights.This position supports program execution by ensuring schedule realism, identifying potential delays, and contributing to data-driven decision-making processes that support successful delivery of OPC assets.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain Integrated Master SchedulesPerform schedule analysis and risk assessmentsSupport EVMS compliance and reporting activitiesPrepare reports and briefings for leadershipUse tools such as MS Project and PrimaveraRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field5+ years of scheduling or EVMS experienceProficiency in MS Project or PrimaveraKnowledge of EVMS standardsActive Secret clearance or ability to obtain onePreferred QualificationsShipbuilding or DoD program experienceDCMA EVMS familiarityAdvanced analytics tools experience
