Role Description This full-time, on-site Assistant role is based in New York, NY. The Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the leadership team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records. The role also involves preparing reports, coordinating events, assisting with client communications, and ensuring operational efficiency. The Assistant will support the firm’s high standards of client service and play a key role in day-to-day activities. Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage calendars, schedules, and records.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to prepare correspondence and interact with clients and stakeholders.Proficiency in office software tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Ability to conduct research and compile reports with attention to detail and accuracy.Experience in scheduling, event coordination, and providing hands-on support for administrative tasks.Professional demeanor and a client-centered approach when interacting with clients and team members.Previous experience in finance, investment, or wealth management sectors is a strong advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or a related field preferred.
