Executive AssistantOur client, a growing private equity firm, is seeking a highly capable and resourceful Executive Assistant to support their Capital Partnerships team. A strong attention to detail, polished communication skills, and a confident, forward-thinking approach are essential to thriving in this role.ResponsibilitiesAnswer and screen incoming calls with professionalismManage complex and demanding calendars, prioritizing conflicts with sound judgmentSchedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, conference calls, and conference room logisticsEnsure Partners are fully prepared with materials and briefings ahead of meetingsArrange seamless domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, car services, and dining reservationsProcess monthly expense reports accurately and in a timely mannerMaintain and update contacts in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and organizationHandle minimal personal support as neededUphold the highest level of discretion and confidentiality at all timesRequirementsMinimum of 5 years of administrative experience in a corporate environment (ideally finance)Bachelor's degree requiredStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detailClear, confident written and verbal communication skillsAbility to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced settingPunctual, dependable, and highly professional with a polished demeanorSelf-starter with strong initiative, ownership of responsibilities, and the ability to work both independently and collaborativelyPoised, tactful, and adaptable to changing prioritiesSalary: $125K base + discretionary bonus + excellent benefitsHours: 8:30am5:30/6:00pm, with flexibility as needed. 5 days a week onsite
