With full-service experiential capabilities and personalized media programs, the team focuses on delivering measurable value and meaningful ROI.Role Description This is a contract, hybrid Event Specialist role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with some flexibility to work from home. The Event Specialist will support the planning and execution of in-person and hybrid events, including salons, roundtables, summits, and custom client programs. Daily responsibilities include coordinating timelines, managing vendors, supporting venue and logistics arrangements, and assisting with registration and on-site operations. The role will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to align event concepts with strategic objectives and ensure consistent brand and attendee experiences. The Event Specialist will also assist with event marketing activities, such as promotional content coordination, audience outreach, and post-event follow-up and reporting.Qualifications Strong Event Planning and logistics skills, including coordination of venues, vendors, timelines, and on-site execution.Customer Service and Communication skills to support attendees, partners, and stakeholders with professionalism and clarity.Event Marketing experience, including supporting promotional campaigns, audience acquisition, and basic performance tracking.Sales and relationship-building skills to assist with sponsorship support, partner engagement, and lead follow-up.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with common office and event tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, virtual event or registration platforms).Experience in experiential marketing, media, or related industries is preferred.Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends for events, and to travel within the New York City Metropolitan Area as needed.
