Events Specialist (Hybrid - NYC)

Founded in 2008, our client is a leading American broadcasting corporation headquartered in New York City and provides satellite radio and online radio services operating in the United States.We are seeking an Events Specialist on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is hybrid (3 days remote and 2 days on-site/week) in NYC.ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning and execution of B2B customer events, including client immersions, hospitality programs, branded experiences, and customer-facing eventsPartner closely with Sales, Events, Sponsorships, and Marketing teams to align experiences with business goals and advertiser relationshipsIdentify event opportunities that support client engagement, account growth, and pipeline developmentCoordinate event logistics, vendor management, and production activities to ensure seamless executionSupport pre-event planning, onsite event execution, and post-event follow-up and reportingEnsure all events and experiences align with brand identity and premium experience standardsCollaborate with design, communications, and sales teams to develop event assets, including invitations, signage, presentations, and promotional materialsContribute creative ideas to enhance customer experiences and create memorable brand interactionsAssist with event recaps, budget tracking, reporting, and ROI measurementSupport relationship-building initiatives with clients, agencies, and advertising stakeholdersSkills And Qualifications3+ years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, partnerships, or client engagement rolesExperience within media, advertising, entertainment, or related industries preferredStrong project management and organizational skillsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environmentsStrong collaboration and cross-functional communication skillsAbility to contribute creative ideas and execute event initiatives from planning through completionFamiliarity with the advertising and media landscapePassion for creating high-quality client and brand experiencesStrong vendor coordination and event logistics management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to travel approximately 15–20% for event executionWe offer a competitive salary range for this position.
