Job DescriptionSt. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates is seeking to recruit a board-certified Urologist with fellowship training and/or significant experience in urologic oncology, with a strong clinical focus on bladder cancer, to join our high-volume, multidisciplinary cancer program.Key HighlightsHigh-volume bladder cancer population, including muscle-invasive and complex disease cases.Clinical emphasis on:Radical cystectomyUrinary diversionAdvanced robotic surgical techniquesPractice environmentEstablished, high-volume, private practice- no trauma coverageDriven by referrals across three statesSupported by in-house PAs for inpatient care and OR first-assistingState-of-the-art technologyAccess to 10 DaVinci Xi and DV5 robotsSurgeries performed at St. Peters Hospital with dedicated block time with robotic platformsRecruitment Package:St Peters Health Partners Medical Associates, P.C. offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes:50k Starting BonusCompetitive base salary with RVU and Quality earning potential. Starting salary range is between $375,000 - $410,000.The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
