Requirements
Valid NJ Instructional Certificate (Teacher of English)
Knowledge/Experience working with various high school levels/courses (CP, Honors, AP)
Proficient at modeling/teaching/assessing written expression
Knowledge of NJ Student Learning Standards for ELA
Knowledge of state assessment test specifications for English Language Arts
Ability to integrate technology effectively to enhance instruction
Knowledge of Charlotte Danielson's Framework for Teaching a plus
Knowledge of best practices in high school level education
Willingness to collaborate with fellow department members
Bilingual (a plus)
Salary
As per salary guide based on experience and earned degree level
Minimum $67,968 - maximum $99,181
