Child Care Testing Coordinator
Miami Dade College is now accepting applications for Child Care Testing Coordinator (Grant). The Child Care Testing Coordinator ensures that all deliverables related to the childcare competency exams are met, including but not limited to scheduling, preparing and processing all childcare exams. This is a temporary grant funded position through June 30, 2027, contingent upon grantor funding and grant extensions. What you will be doing:Prepares the testing packages for exam sessions and verifies that all packages are completeMaintains the security of childcare competency exams at all timesProvides guidance and oversees childcare personnel to ensure the exam process is carried outEnsures that there is always sufficient exam sessions made available to meet the community needsProvides training to proctors responsible for administering the childcare examsEnsures that the procedures outlined in the “Child Care Exam Administration Guide” are being followed at all times by the testing sitesWorks closely with Miami Dade Public School personnel and the testing directors in setting up exam calendarsKeeps track of childcare exam booklets that are created and destroyed by the departmentMaintains the necessary records of all exams administered for a period of six yearsWhat you need to succeed:Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of related experience; or Associate’s degree and seven (7) years of related experienceAll degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution
