We are seeking a licensed esthetician to join our team.As an esthetician, you will introduce clients to a variety of skincare products and services and work with them to achieve their skin health goals. Clients will rely on you for skin care product recommendations and treatments, including facial massage and waxing.This is a fantastic opportunity for an entrepreneurial-minded person to grow their skill set and help people live their best lives.ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on skin care options and best practicesGreet clients in a warm and friendly manner and develop rapport Maintain an organized schedule, including scheduling, confirming, and canceling appointmentsEnsure all equipment and treatment areas are cleaned and maintained to meet or exceed safety standards Hydrafacial and peel application experience, and passion to learn advanced medical aesthetic Actively promote and sell retail skincare products; confidently introduce clients to upgraded treatments, add-on services, and treatment series (upselling) to maximize results and meet sales targets.QualificationsValid esthetician’s licenseProven experience as an esthetician is preferredExperience in the use of skin care equipment such as Cryoskin or Hydrafacial is preferred but not requiredDeep understanding of skin care techniquesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh level of ethicsGrowth mindset: A strong passion for the industry and a desire to continuously learn and speak confidently about advanced medical aesthetic offerings.Benefits/PerksCompetitive Hourly PayCareer Growth Opportunities Fun and Energetic Environment Discount on Products and Services
