Showroom ManagerThe OpportunityThis is not a passive management role. You will own the full operation of your showroom — the team, the client experience, the sales results, and the physical space. You will be the standard-setter and the culture carrier for your location, accountable directly to executive leadership for performance across multiple dimensions.The right person for this role gets energy from developing people, holds the line on standards without being told to, and sees the showroom as their own business to grow.
