Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Leadership• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management • Analyze profitability, margins, and operational KPIs • Develop financial and operational reporting dashboards • Identify financial risks and improvement opportunities • Improve visibility into overall business healthOperational Leadership• Evaluate fulfillment and customer care performance • Identify operational inefficiencies and process gaps • Improve workflows, accountability, and productivity • Partner cross-functionally to improve business performance• Support staffing, inventory, and operational planningStrategic Leadership• Help leadership prioritize initiatives based on business impact • Support company growth planning and operational scaling • Build KPI frameworks and accountability systems • Drive continuous improvement initiatives• Align departments around company goals and performance metricsQualifications• 10+ years of finance, operations, and/or business leadership experience• Strong background in:o Budgeting and forecastingo Operational financeo KPI managemento Process improvemento Cross-functional operations• Experience with fulfillment, customer service, logistics, or operations strongly preferred• Small business or entrepreneurial experience preferred• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on• Strong analytical and communication skills• CPA, MBA, or operational leadership experience preferredWhy You'll Love It Here• Competitive salary + benefits (401k match, PTO, employee discounts)• Hybrid schedule: work from home three days a week unless instructed otherwise• "Funky Fridays" - half-day Fridays• Fun, collaborative fashion-focused team
