Leap Brands is partnering with a growing Quick Service Restaurant company looking for a Director of Operations who knows how to lead from the front, build strong teams, and drive execution across multiple locations.This is not a “sit behind a desk and forward emails” type of role. We are looking for someone who understands the reality of restaurant operations. Staffing issues, food costs, guest complaints, training gaps, operational consistency, speed of service, unit profitability… this role owns all of it.The right person will know how to balance accountability with support, hold operators to high standards, and create a culture where teams actually want to perform.What You’ll Be Responsible ForOversee day-to-day operations across multiple restaurant locationsDrive sales, profitability, labor management, and operational performanceCoach and develop District Managers, General Managers, and field leadershipImprove guest experience scores, speed of service, and operational consistencyEnsure compliance with company standards, food safety, and brand executionPartner with leadership on growth initiatives, new store openings, and operational improvementsIdentify operational gaps quickly and implement solutions that actually work in the fieldBuild strong teams and create leadership bench strength for future growthAnalyze KPIs, financial performance, labor models, and operational reportingWork cross-functionally with HR, Training, Marketing, Finance, and DevelopmentWhat We’re Looking ForMulti-unit restaurant operations leadership experience within QSR, Fast Casual, or HospitalityStrong leadership presence with the ability to influence teams at every levelExperience leading high-volume operations across multiple marketsProven ability to improve operations, profitability, and people performanceComfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environmentsHands-on leader who is willing to spend significant time in the fieldStrong understanding of restaurant financials, labor management, and operational metricsAbility to build systems while still maintaining operational urgency
