Job DescriptionVice President of Children's Behavioral Health ServicesPosition SummaryThe Vice President of Children's Behavioral Health Services provides executive oversight of the day-to-day operations of the Children's Behavioral Health (CBH) services and plays a critical role in the growth, development, and strategic expansion of these programs statewide.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with executive leadership to ensure high-quality service deliveryOversight of the of clinic-based, community, home, and school-based servicesRegulatory complianceStaff developmentBudgetary managementProgram growth and expansion RequirementsMaster's degree in administration, social services, human services, education, or a related fieldMinimum of five (5) years of experience in the social services field, with at least three (3) years in a supervisory or leadership capacityExperience within the community of Mental Health / Intellectual Disabilities (MH/ID) system, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experienceManaged care experience, including knowledge and understanding of CBH, CCBH, and MagellanKnowledge of IBHS ServicesPreferred Qualifications
