Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunities. Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support acquisition goals. Collaborate with team members to coordinate outreach strategies. Track activity and report progress toward established objectives. Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures. QualificationsStrong communication and relationship-building skills. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Comfortable initiating contact and interacting with prospective customers. Previous experience in marketing, outreach, or customer service preferred. Our office is located in Newport Beach, CA. Our office is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. I have been a State Farm agent since 2010. We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
