Give us a call opt 1Job Details: Shift: 12H DaysTotal Weekly Hours: 36Certifications: AHA ACLS and BLS, Ohio license or compact state licenseTrauma Level: Facility Specific Job Notes:Required Experience and Licensure:- Minimum of 18 months recent OR experience.- MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND.- Traveler must have a PERMANENT Ohio license in hand at time of submission. Compact licenses are accepted for any starts 1/1/23 and forward.Certifications Required:- AHA ACLS and BLS required.- Required certifications need to be ACTIVE with nothing pending.Preferred Experience:- OR RN circulator, scrub experience preferred.Test Requirements:- ECG rhythm recognition test will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score is required.- SafeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled.Vaccination Requirements:- COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only.- Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only.Reference Requirements:- ONE reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is REQUIRED to qualify for submission. Please, no non-supervisory references, these will not be considered and the profile will be rejected.- For RNFA/CSFA positions only, ONE reference from a supervisor or physician is REQUIRED to qualify for submission and be considered - failure to include will result in rejected profile.Additional Information:- PBDS Assessment is waived.- Facility does not accept any license hits.- Nurses and CSTs are EXEMPT from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements. All other travelers must be nicotine-free - Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually.- Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date.- Candidates may extend with the client for a period of 18 months; after which a 6-month break is required.
