You'll be responsible for handling 75–100 inbound and outbound calls per day, converting them into confirmed vehicle service appointments while maximizing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.The good news: you won't be cold calling strangers; These are warm leads and current customers. Your job is to build trust, uncover their needs, and secure the appointment with a consultative approach.If you thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment and love combining excellent customer care with strong sales performance, this role is for you.Requirements3+ years of experience in Sales Development, Call Center, or Inside Sales roles.Strong phone presence with proven experience handling high call volumes (75–100+ calls/day).Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Ability to influence and close deals without being pushy — consultative, trust-based selling.Track record of meeting or exceeding sales and service KPIs.Proficiency with CRM tools and strong organizational skills.Fast and accurate typing (40+ WPM).Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for handling customer calls.Nice to HavePrevious experience in the automotive industry or automotive customer service.Experience selling maintenance packages, service upgrades, or recurring services.Bilingual (English / Spanish).ResponsibilitiesConvert inbound and outbound calls into confirmed vehicle service appointments.Achieve and exceed KPIs for conversion rates, upsells, cross-sells, and revenue goals.Recommend additional repairs, maintenance packages, and service upgrades that genuinely benefit the customer.Provide VIP white-glove customer service, ensuring every interaction builds trust and loyalty.Communicate clearly with customers about services, timelines, and costs.Use the CRM to track leads, schedule appointments, and document all customer interactions accurately.Collaborate with shop teams to ensure seamless handoffs and excellent follow-through.Why Join UsWarm leads only.
