As our Appointment Setter, you will be the engine of our business development, initiating high-level conversations with distributors and end-users across major U.S. markets. This is an opportunity for a polished, bilingual sales professional to represent a premium technical brand and build a pipeline that fuels our national expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Outreach: Conduct consistent outbound calls to industrial distributors and prospective end-users in key regions like Texas, California, Arizona, and New Mexico.Appointment Setting: Qualify leads and secure high-quality sales appointments for the internal sales team.Gatekeeper Navigation: Masterfully navigate corporate structures to connect with key decision-makers.CRM Management: Utilize Monday.com and power dialer tools to track activity, maintain follow-ups, and manage the sales pipeline.Relationship Building: Represent the brand with professionalism, serving as the first point of contact for potential long-term partners.Strategic Coordination: Participate in initial training and grounding sessions to align outreach tactics with company growth goals.Must-Have RequirementsLanguage Fluency: Native or near-native fluency in both English and Spanish (Bilingual).Sales Ability: Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and appointment setting.Communication: Exceptional phone presence with the ability to handle gatekeepers and present professionally.Technical Setup: Access to a quiet, professional workspace (no call center noise) and a reliable high-speed internet connection.Software Literacy: Proficiency with CRM systems (Monday.com preferred) and power dialer tools.Location & Availability: Based in Latin America with the ability to work U.S.-aligned business hours.Persistence: A high-energy, results-oriented mindset with the confidence to handle rejection and remain persistent.Nice-to-Have RequirementsIndustrial Experience: Previous experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, or distributor-based environments.Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with the oil and gas, semiconductor, or power generation sectors.Sales Context: Prior experience supporting U.S.-based sales outreach and managing short sales cycles.Why Join UsThis isn't a typical high-volume, low-value call center job; this is a specialized sales role where your ability to communicate effectively with industrial leaders is the key to our success.
