Boat Rental Crew Member

Check us out www.yacht-tubs.com Dock Crew Position will be responsible for: Preparing, cleaning, maintaining, and moving our custom built boats for rentals. Greeting guests, assist them with operating the boats and troubleshoot any problems. Maintaining a safe, fun, and smoothly operating environment while working with our Club crew team members. The candidate will be: Responsible, organized, great communication skills, hospitable, and general understanding of boats. Has experience in hospitality ability to create a wonderfully memorable experience. MUST have experience with operating boats and high level of comfort around water. This position is for the person that enjoys the outdoors, since a majority of the time will be spent down at the docks. Must have the ability to work extensively on their feet, and ability to lift & move up to 75lbs. Details: The position is part time for the right person with flexibility between 2 to 4 days per week. We are open Wednesday thru Monday with most rentals on weekday afternoons/evenings and full days Fridays/Saturdays/Sundays. We work with our crew to find a schedule that works for all crew. Compensation starts at $17/hr + great tips (avg $9/hr) and cash bonuses! Perk is free Yacht Tub rides for you and your friends!
