If there is alignment now or in the near future, we reach out. The Opportunity We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Zeeland region seeking Incoming Inspection Technicians. Key Responsibilities Perform visual and dimensional inspections of incoming materials, components, and sub-assemblies against engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Document inspection results accurately in the Quality Management System (QMS) and maintain detailed records of inspected items. Identify and tag non-conforming materials, initiating Material Review Board (MRB) processes and collaborating with engineering and quality teams for disposition. Utilize a variety of precision measuring tools and equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and optical comparators. Interpret and apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles to ensure accurate measurement and evaluation of parts. Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues, providing clear communication and supporting corrective action efforts. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the inspection area.
