If there is alignment now or in the near future, we reach out. The Opportunity We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Holland region seeking Incoming Inspection Technicians. Key Responsibilities Perform visual and dimensional inspections of incoming materials, components, and sub-assemblies against specifications, drawings, and purchase orders. Utilize various inspection tools and equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, optical comparators, and CMMs. Document inspection results accurately and thoroughly, including non-conformances and deviations. Initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for defective materials and collaborate with quality engineering and suppliers for resolution. Verify and maintain calibration status of inspection equipment. Assist in the development and improvement of incoming inspection procedures and work instructions. Ensure proper handling, storage, and traceability of inspected materials. Recommended Qualifications High school diploma or GED 1-3 years experience in a manufacturing quality control or inspection role Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications (GD&T knowledge preferred) Proficient in using various inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects Bonus Qualifications Experience with AS9100 or ISO 13485 quality systems. IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 certification. Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T. Familiarity with ERP systems for quality data entry. Basic soldering or assembly skills for component verification.
