Manager, Full Stack Engineering

Overview In this hands-on leadership role, you will guide a small engineering team while actively contributing to design, coding, reviews, and delivery. You’ll oversee full-stack work across two health plan environments, driving modernization, reliability, and security. You’ll mentor engineers, promote best practices, and leverage AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery.
