Project Supervisor - Utility Construction - Experience Required

Duties and Responsibilities:Enforce all Company, OSHA and other applicable procedures and standardsSet daily production goals and expectations with Foreman of projectKnow the contract scope including standard and special provisions, technical specifications, payment and change clauses and scheduling milestonesTrack and communicate changes in scope to Project ManagerPurchase essential materials for the job per the PO. Authorized, outside of those materials specifically called out in the job estimate, up to $500.00.Complete all administrative documentation in a timely and accurate manner (including safety audits and observations, time entry approval, review redlines, review production, etc)Promptly complete authorization of all invoices, receipts, and fuel chargesInvolved in the recruitment, hiring, development, and termination of employees on the crewImprove personal, technical, and supervisory skills through personal development plans and offered trainingsRepresent and promote the company's mission, vision, and valuesAddress all customer questions or concernsPerform labor and operating duties when neededSafety training as required by positionPerform other duties as assignedEssential Education and Qualifications:High School education or GEDValid Driver's LicenseValid DOT health cardPrevious utility construction experience and supervisory experienceAbility to read and comprehend instructions and correspondenceAbility to use computers /electronic devicesAble to read blueprints and follow job specifications and ordersProficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Project and PowerPointPhysical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
