Job Title: Construction Project ManagerLocation: Fremont, CA (Onsite)Contract (C2C)Key ResponsibilitiesSuccessfully manage complex contracted and self-performed construction projectsDevelop, maintain, and drive detailed project schedules, identify and resolve critical path challengesEvaluate, award, and mobilize contractors and subcontractorsOversee and coordinate all field operations ensuring safety and efficiencyEnsure strict adherence to construction safety standardsDevelop and maintain site logistics and execution plansCollaborate with Engineering, Quality, Commissioning, and Manufacturing teams to resolve RFIs (Requests for Information) and design issuesEnsure installations meet end-user requirements and quality expectationsLead quality control inspections, including city and vendor inspectionsCoordinate tool installation, equipment move-in, anchoring, and utility hook-upsSteward contractor deliverables and manage project budgets and timelinesRequired Qualifications & SkillsMinimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing/industrial construction project managementStrong ability to evaluate multidisciplinary construction drawingsExperience developing fragment schedules for accelerated project completionFamiliarity with building codes, compliance regulations, and occupancy requirementsProven ability to work in high-performance, cross-functional environmentsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong presentation and organizational skillsConfident decision-making and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to manage tight timelines and aggressive project goals
