A company is looking for a CCO Service Agent.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers with inquiries and provide support regarding services
Process transactions and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfactionRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Previous customer service experience is preferred
Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
