Key ResponsibilitiesResolve complex consumer issues and advise first level representatives on high level issues Assist policy holders with billing questions and concerns Provide support to policy holders with any policy changes requestedQualificationsMust be located in Florida, Mississippi or Texas Cannot currently or previously held an Insurance License before Must be eligible to obtain a License within your state High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
