HR Coordinator

HR Coordinator Reports To: Chief People Officer (CPO) TSS designs, deploys, equips, and manages data centers and other technology environments for enterprise companies, colocation providers, and technology partners. Role Purpose: The HR Coordinator supports daily HR operations and serves as a key administrative partner to the Chief People Officer and HR team. This role focuses on onboarding, offboarding, HRIS data accuracy, employee support, process coordination, and general HR support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering an exceptional employee experience. Primary Responsibilities: Recruitment Support Assist with scheduling interviews, including coordinating candidate and hiring manager availability. Communicate with applicants to confirm interview details, send reminders, and provide next-step instructions. Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely feedback and smooth progression through the hiring process. Support requisition tracking, posting updates, and coordination within ADP Recruiting and internal systems. Maintain recruiting templates, communication scripts, and process documentation. Onboarding & Offboarding Partner with IT, Payroll, and department leaders to ensure smooth first-day readiness. Support offboarding, including termination checklists, system access removal, and separation documentation. Coordinate new hire onboarding, including offer letters, background checks, I-9/E-Verify, and onboarding documentation. Ensure accurate employee setup in ADP Workforce Now and internal systems. Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and personnel file systems. Data & Reporting Support HR reporting needs, including headcount, turnover, new-hire metrics, and organizational changes. Assist with workforce tracking, employee rosters, and organizational charts. Participate in periodic data audits to ensure HRIS accuracy. Engagement & Culture Support Assist with employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and workforce events. Support HR communications, leadership training sessions, and culture-building activities. Help coordinate meetings, schedules, and administrative tasks for the CPO and People Team. Other Duties Help cover the company front desk and provide administrative support as needed. Qualifications 24 years of HR experience preferred; experience in a high-volume environment is a plus. Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred. Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset. Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and HRIS platforms. Understanding of basic HR operations and workflows.
