We are partnered with a well-established industrial organization in Tinley Park seeking a Total Rewards Manager to lead compensation initiatives. This role will play an important part in strengthening compensation practices, ensuring consistency, and partnering with senior HR leadership to execute key programs.This is a hybrid role with onsite requirements 3-4 days per week.
